Welcome to the Sweetwater Farm and Inn

The Sweetwater Farm and Inn is located one mile north from the Chautauqua Institution in Western New York. The newly renovated 200 year old farm house rests on 8.5 acres of pastoral meadows and woodlands. 'Clear Creek' runs along the back 1/3 of the property. The farm is also 1/2 mile South of the newly constructed Chautauqua Suites and Meeting Expo Center. There are several quality restaurants within a 2 mile radius including La Fleur, The Watermark, Olives and more! Our Inn has 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths. Amenities include kitchen privileges, washer/dryer access, and more. Ideal for executive groups attending nearby expo center events or for memorable family reunions.

Bird watching is fantastic! Enjoy a cup of coffee at our breakfast table while watching cardinals, nuthatches, downey woodpeckers, finches, chickadees, and titmouses.
